Ok, someone tried to trade in an iPhone yesterday to get credit towards a new phone. Cool, most people do this, it kinda stuck me as odd they were trying to trade in an iPhone 4. Quick! When put on the spot, start throwing acronyms around in hopes of getting what you want! I always laugh at people who threaten to call some agency in hopes of getting whatever they want, like they have them on speed dial and that agency will magically tell you over the phone to comply or else.
