Lemon - lime pie filling.
So, after garnering some interest, I've decided to post this recipe for a lemon - lime pie filling.
Really, it's a basic curd recipe, but it's very versatile.
You will need:
2 large metal pots.
1 whisk
1 rubber spatula
11 egg yolks.
3 eggs
1 3/4 cups of sugar
3/4 cup of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of lime juice
3 tablespoons of lemon zest
