 Hee!  I's happeh.  I's havin a good day.  Nothing special, just general goodness.

I'm currenly nom-ing Amy's vegan enchiladas.  Le YUM.  Amy's = Love.  S = Love.  B = Love.  H = Love.  Kitteh = Love.

Yes, it's mostly Big Dairy, especially California dairy with all the "happy cow" ads. Bleah. I think I'm just goint to see what I can get in my area (Nashville's local stuff is still developing) and make that decision later. But as for grocery store dairy? No more, I think.

So I know how you love the cheese. Have you looked into rice cheese? (I saw it on a great show called "You are what you eat". This kinda meann woman comes and shames clueless people into a healthier diet.) BTW, super proud of you for going veg. I have some ways with the tofu, being as how it is a staple of my people. :)

That was very much how I felt after watching it.

Did I suggest reading the Thrive Diet? If I didn't, I recommend it. If I did, I rereccomend it!
