Adventures in 5k's that I never should have entered--Tale One
I admit... I wasn't ready. I pretty much literally went straight from the couch to 5k.
The story of it is kinda funny actually. I saw that Elba was having their annual Foggy Bottom 5k in the paper a few days ago and nagged begged asked my hubby if I could do it. He finally agreed and so I went down at 8am this morning and signed up. They ( Read more... )
