You know, it is 2009. Maybe they need to update that TARDIS thing for the 21st century? When was the last time you saw a phone booth?

It's SUPPOSED to change appearance everytime it lands somewhere... this one just doesn't because the chameleon circuit stopped working when he landed int he sixties... back when Police Boxes were still used.

They did during one story arc... it was quite humourous. But everyone liked the police box better :x
