Oh ugh. I'm finally done with my homework, after working on it for 18.5 hours straight. To be fair, I did take 2 1-hour meal breaks and a half hour shower break.

Wow, I just wrote a huge load of utter crap. Oh well. It's better than a 0.

I have to get up in 3 hours and measure dead birds at the Burke Museum. Joy.

Oh god. it was not a fun day. or night. But it's over now! YAY!

I've been a procrastinator all my life, so it's not a new concept, but I haven't pulled that many hours of homework at once in a long time.

YAY! I skipped class all day to do it, too. And I'm skipping choir tonight... I'm just glad it's done! Although man, I don't even know what I wrote. I'm sure it sucks, LOL!

Measure dead birds? What for?

Same class, it's a project measuring peregrine falcon specimens (wing chord, tarsius length, tail, etc) for subspecies data. The only problem is that a lot of them are missing parts that need measuring, such as the back of their skull, or their bill. Taxidermy creeps me out, but I guess it's kind of cool that some of those birds have been in the collection for 70 years!
