I think I wanna start a food blog. Not just cooking, but eating... I talk about it so much, it may as well have its own page, right? I was thinking about calling it, "Essy Eats" or something. lol... I'm so funny

I think that would be great to do a food blog.

Pictures of preparing meals...the meal itself...including recipes....

My advice is to start a blog on a much more... blog friendly place such as blogspot or wordpress. It's much more "respectable" than Livejournal (no offense to LJ i love it to bits and pieces).

I was thinking about blogspot, actually... I haven't heard of wordpress. I should check them out. The only stigma I have attached to moving outside of LJ is that I wouldn't get any comments because I wouldn't show up on people's friend pages! :( I <3 comments, you know. Do you have an outside blog?

No...but one day I might move to wordpress because they supposedly have code that you can add in their platform to give you livejournal-esque comments

Yeah lj is totally my lifeline and it has been since I've gone to college really. It is just the easiest way to keep updated with people.

YAY! Although, it probably won't be as exciting as some food blogs... But you never know. Maybe it will. ;) Only one way to find out!

I read your lj too! :) And although I've never been good at cooking (I admit - I never really tried either), your posts with pics of what you've made make me want to try it myself! ;)
