I must admit I found that whole 'roleplay' business a bit strange to say the least, but overall it wasn't too bad. If it helps better communications among everyone I don't see the harm. I'm sure people would have found it a lot more dull if they just had to sit through a long lecture the whole time.

I suppose, but still it wasn't the end of the world as some people made it out to be. Embarrassing yes, but not horribly so.

It is, I think I'll check on them today to give them some special food so they can handle the rain. It's still fairly heavy at night.

Well it all depends on your perspective I guess. I mean I could name a few jobs at home that are much more trying than what they put us through in that seminar.
