Definitely both Quinn's children, both look alike, both blonde hair! Susie is just so Rachel-esque that it's kind of conflicting with Quinn's looks. Watch a Glee episode. Then run through all of Rachel's lines in your head. Then imagine Quinn saying them. Freaky Friday pt. II.
