Without saying yeh is broken or no is not physio came round and said not massive ligament damage but maybe broken scaphoid. She gave me a cool wrist brace that imobilises both my thumb and my wrist in the direction of spasm. I'm much happer because I feel like Im not constantly making my wrist worse. She thinks it is as good as being in plaster and
