It was my birthday yesterday! I am 27! I am also old, because my favourite present I received was kitchenware. Yes, it's true, with age comes maturity an irresistable craving for fancy kitchenware.

Secondly: OMG buying a flat is a fantastic thing. So much better than renting - I have my dingy little (2br/1b) unit slowly, slooowly being renovated so it always looks a bit messy BUT it's mine, I can do what I want with it, I don't need a flatmate, and I just love the freedom it gives me. So excited for you OMG! xxxxx
