I can't possibly explain how much I loved this. You just completely sold me on the Emily/Cook-as-proxy-Naomi-but-cool-friend-in-his-own-right dynamic. Also, no mean feat finding Cook's miniscule number of redeeming qualities and bringing them together so wonderfully. Hope you take on some more in the Emily/Naomi, Cook as genuinely likable and supportive guy fandom!

Best line EVAR! Great fic. I love how you actually turned Cook into a likable character. No easy feat.
