The only thing I have to say about Heroes is: we're supposed to hate West, right? Because he hit a whole new level of obnoxious in this episode. :/ Not only was the prank on BitchyCheerleader just plain mean, but it was exactly the kind of shit Claire specifically shouldn't be pulling. Also: his comments about their powers making them better than other people smacked a little too hard of eugenics.

I hope so, because the writers can't be so stupid to recycle one of Sylar's speeches for West while still thinking he's the perfect boyfriend. On the other hand I do remember watching a show where I was thinking something along the same lines and the answer was "yes, they are that stupid."

So rather than being torn between two women, he's torn between the two versions of himself he is able to be around the two women.

So you think he's enjoying the person he is around Rita? I am torn on this, because I can't decide whether he needs or wants the facade of normalcy she can provide or if he's genuinely drawn to her and her family.

I'm commenting while trying not to look at comments about heroes and stuff so if there are typos forgive meeeee. Um yes Dexter was just amazing and having been iffy on Lila till now I am converted. Mostly through the prettiness of that scene. I like how you explained the Dexter/Rita/Lila thing, partly because I really don't want this to mean the end of Rita in Dexter's life.
