So this is a weird thing to gripe about and I know it and I know I should be very, very pleased with myself and grateful and all. But I still feel awkward and a bit uncomfortable (and this is my blog where I can whine about whatever I want) so here goes. So... I am inclined to have the opinion that you are only doing what you go there to do [Learn], and that by actually doing so, you "show everyone else up". That you listen and absorb and therefore know, is nothing to feel bad about.
I mean, I know that it doesn't matter and it will still make you feel uncomfortable, but really, it's not your fault at all that they feel inferior- if they *really* wanted to get more answers right, they'd try harder and they have some beef with you because you're doing what they can't/can't be bothered to without even appearing like you're struggling. Simple.
[I was THE nerd, not one of them, haha! I wish I had formed this sort of thinking when I was younger, would have saved a lot of stress ;)]

But doing well in class is so much fun. When someone else complains about how hard it all is, and how they're struggling to hit a 2.5 GPA, you can just smile serenely to yourself and tell yourself that's just one less worry on your plate.
