It's pretty neutral -- I haven't really learned anything new. The only study I've never heard of (that kids who watch an hour or more of Sesame Street do better than those who don't) is described in a way that I'm confused: were they comparing those kids to everyone, regardless whether they spent that hour watching something else, or did they actually compare to kids who didn't watch TV at all?

The title though seems to go directly against most of the findings.

It's pretty neutral.

Yes, it is, And that's exactly what I liked about it.
It explains once again that one should not be blaming TV for everything, that middle of the road is still the best choice, that TV programming like everything else in life is diverse, and that good parenting is ultimately what matters the most.

I thought that the title goes well with most of the findings, actually.
