LILY, ALL YOUR THINGS ARE SO PRETTY. I love how you aren't afraid to use text like me, lol. And your coloring! More specifically, your Emma icons are GORGEOUS especially the composition of the first and fifth and the coloring of the second. And I love your 3rd Jody, 2nd Kahlan, ALL of the Lydia icons (would it be pathetic of me to have more than one icon of that first cap uploaded? Probably.), 4th Quinn... Your Veronica icons are also fab. I love the 2nd so much. The cropping with that text hits me in the feels and makes me want to rewatch VM sooner than later.

Thank youuuu Meg! I love text too much for my own good. I just want to throw it on everything and often have to restrain myself or (as I mentioned) make a ton of alternates. I really tried to make each icon different and pop-y, but in the end I was just rushing and was like "WHATEVER. JUST DO WHATEVER." (This mentality carried over to the Fortress battle.) Also, totally not pathetic at all. If I had lots of userpic space I'd probably have several icons with the same cap used. A lot of those Lydia caps are really popular too, so seeing a ton of pretties with them isn't that surprising.

I miss Veronica Mars so much. Both the show and the character. I was going to pick Nikita or Amanda (from Revenge) but I missed that marshmallow so much that I had to pick her. Aaaand I just realized I spelled "marshmallow" wrong on that icon of her. DAMN IT. That's one of my biggest pet peeves. Sucks that I spelled food wrong too. That never happens. Ugh.

You know, I think that font in the marshmallow one is indistinct enough that the misspelling isn't obvious at all and it almost looks like an "a." It totally works.

You should do a tutorial/text guide. I'd love to read about your process for choosing certain fonts and why you choose them, the words you use (because a big part of my text fail is that I never know what to write), and all that jazz.

Your icons are so crisp and clean. I really dig a lot of your crops and bright, clear coloring. The first Alisha icon that I listed below is just so pretty, and the texture you used really matches the look of it.

There's a really interesting depth in many of your icons. They're very shadowy and centered, but I like that you took a few risks too, like that first Jody icon (love the painted hair, and it looks like great minds think alike with the color scheme, haha).

Your icons are really soft and glowy, and I love a few of the crops you have going on, especially in the Alt!Olivia and Lydia icons I've listed below.

Three of those are my favorites, too: the first two and the Lydia one. I loved that the caps were good for close crops, because I really enjoy making those :)
