Sounds like one heck of a job. Pitched like that, though, somehow I think I'd pass on the opportunity.
For real, though. Stay or leave for school, but do what you need to and do it for yourself. I thought my family would self-destruct when I left for college. And it might have, but it didn't. This isn't an "everything will work out fine" sort of story, because there's no guarantee on that sort of thing, but point is, if you can't defend yourself from the people you love and do what's right for you, while still loving them, you're in a lot more trouble than I can even explain.
