It's called "Iyayoiyayo mo Suki no Uchi" or something like that. To my knowledge, I don't think is has been scanned. Where did you get the cover pic?

I found the pic in a folder of Hetalia-related pics I'd obtained through a torrent site. Once I saw it I was like 'O.O!"
