TVD (crossover) fic: visible monsters

Hand to God, I started writing this before the whole thing about Damon’s favorite book being Call of the Wild. (It features a brief mention of crossover het, if that crosses your eyes, and is a period piece.)

I really like moody writing like this. Or "atmospheric" is probably a better word. I didn't need to have seen the movie Ginger Snaps to get the feel for the two sisters but am definitely going to now. This is why I adore fanfic...the possibilities to explore all of these different kinds of encounters.

I dont usually go for crossovers, they always seem so implausible, and uncomfortably mashed together, but this definitely works. You've captured both worlds, with spot on characterization.
