They need to change whoever was doing Sir Crocodile. B/c believe it or not, I actually didn't care about the dub until he showed up and he didn't have that Ganondorf / italian gangster voice I always imagined him having when reading the manga.
And whoever they pick for Usopp needs to lessen the horrible high pitch 4Kids imbued him with.
About Ussop, I agree. He's one of the two chatacters I hit the Mute button for in Grand Battle (the other is Sanji, which is a unique horror to itself).
