I downloaded the first ep of Southland, but I've not gotten around to watching it yet. But I'm glad to see a few people around who are enjoying it.

I'd definitely recommend watching it when you can. It's good telly. I just hope it doesn't get cancelled like nearly everything else I've liked this year.

Southland is totally awesome, though I admit, I think ep 3 was a little slow in places. I'm still learning everyone's name, so I missed seeing my disfunctional detective duo in this week's ep (guy with rescued shepard & his partner) and their attempt to protect their witness.

I did love all the extra time with John and Ben- they were awesome as usual.

As for True Blood & Alexander Skarsgard, he doesn't play a huge role in the first couple of episodes unfortunately. The first season was like the first book, heavy into Sookie/Bill. Hopefully, the series makes it into a "fourth" season, when the book "Dead to the World" would take place - which is pretty much all Eric Northmann all the time. I have it all downloaded, if you need them, let me know and I'll start uploading to megaupload, or mediafire.

Is book four the one where Eic loses his memory? I loved that one so much. But then, Eric is totally my favourite character and, funnily enough my least favourite is Bill *g*
