Please stop telling me the characters in your fics are OOC. I'm not going to read it. Really, I'm not.

I feel the same - I just think if you think your fic is that bad, why are you posting it? If you can't be bothered to care then why should I?!
I'm not saying my fic is fantastic but I wouldn't post it unless I thought it was at least readable. It just puts me off fic when I see things like 'omg, I think this is rubbish but pls r&r!!'
Also, how is it so cold today?! My toes are like ice and I'm sitting by the fire!!

Exactly! There is so much fanfic to read, I can't read it all (even in a new fandom like Merlin) and if you don't think it's any good, why would I waste valuable time reading something bad?
Just get someone to read it through for you. I mean, is that so difficult? If you ask for con crit, you'll get it.
It's freezing. SO. DAMN. COLD. And I'm in the south. I had to walk from my car to the shop, it only takes 5 minutes but I was SO cold when I got in and I was wearing 4 layers and a coat. It's only just the beginning of December. How much colder can it get?
