I would, but it's difficult to find the right kind of person to diagnose and treat it properly. Someone who's enough of a realist to ground me, strong enough to cut me down to size, and yet empathic enough to know when to stop.

Of the physical variety, yes, but unless self-importance comes in the shape of a tumor I'm not sure if they'll have much luck.
