Gin would like Momo a heck of a lot more if Aizen hadn't declared her off-limits. As it is, he kind of can't help but be aware of her existance and annoyingly he can't mess with her quite as freely as he'd like to, and he's finding the situation amusingly frustrating.
'Amusing' because sooner or later he's going to do something to her anyway. He's just figuing out how to do it as impressively as possible because he'll only get the one chance.
Regardless, he doesn't think all that highly of her. She's only a pawn in the great game and he'd personally like to see her get kicked from the board. He can see the way her blind devotion could lead to her breaking, and overall he thinks her too fragile to be of much use, although he's curious about what Aizen has in mind for her. He'd like of like to test her talents for himself but that unfortunately falls into the 'off-limits' catagory. Still, he can't resist poking her at any given oppertunity. The way she reacts around him only makes it more tempting.
Gin can't quite tell if Aizen is honestly expecting Gin to leave her alone, or if he's just secretly waiting for it to happen because it's probably only going to be to his advantage.

Even though he doesn't think her secrets will come to much, Toph's still gotten Gin curious about her oddities. The more time he spends around her, the more he's starting to realise she didn't match his original perceptions, and that always gets him interested even though he doesn't think she's subtle enough to be hiding anything too impressive.
Her blindness pinged him because of Tousen - Aizen's other co-conspiritor. He's not going to underestimate her because of it, but on the other hand in his experience the blind often have other impairments that have nothing to do with sight. He'll be watching her for those closely.
He's also kicking around the possibility of a bloodhound puppy for her just for the lulz, and because he likes to tie people to him with those little unexpected acts of kindness. He's just wondering if it'd be worth his time to convince Agrais about it after the tribble incident.

Gin doesn't have the patience for pets, but he knows Shinji has a terrible weakness for fluffy animals and with Toph expressing an interest, well...he's wondering how many people he could manipulate with puppy love all at once.
Isshin is still on Gin's to-do list. Something about him makes Gin instinctively wary which means he's probably hiding something, and he still suspects it has something to do with that sword. On the other hand, the man hasn't gone out of his way to hide any of his real obvious points of weakness (HIS FAMILY, the picture of Misaki, and anyone he's been playing father-figure to) so Gin's not terribly concerned about him.
...Although on the off-chance he ever had to go to the infirmary, Gin would trust himself to Watson first and Ryuuken second. :| He just has doubts about the man he can't put a name to.
Ans Hijikata, ahahaha, hello blackmailed minion. It's kind of unfortunate they've only interacted over the journals. Gin knows him by reputation, of course, and he's kind of interested in one day going over there and meeting Hiji in person without actually revealing himself as the blackmailer, just to get his measure of him.

For the record, Gin doesn't tend to think much of the Arrancar as a whole. Since they're Aizen's little experiments that essentially demotes them to 'play things' in Gin's eyes, and he treats most of them as such. Despite that, he's grown rather fond of Luppi. He's the only Arrancar who's proven to be remarkably tolerent to Gin's particular brand of teasing, and the fact that he hasn't argued too hard against any of the more menial chores Gin has sent him means that he'll be Gin's first choice when it comes to sneaky tasks that actually require some level of competency.
And all the fun jobs. ;D Cirucci gets allotted with the bad ones.
On the other hand, he's not going to share many of the details of what his spontaneous orders are actually for, and if Luppi's not careful Gin might screw him over by assigning him something that doesn't actually work in Aizen's favour, because Gin's a bastard like that, and since every so often Gin likes to throw a wrench in Aizen's plans just because he can.

Luppi wouldn't mind too much if wrenches are chucked all over Aizen's plans. He was most unhappy when he learned that he'd joined the crew, because it meant he couldn't be as lazy as he liked. =|
He appreciates Gin being mean to Cirucci, though. B] And he likes the fun jobs, so all is well as far as he's concerned. =3
Oh, yes. Little Shirou-chan has a special place in Gin's heart in a special box of feigned friendliness, casual mockery, secret resentment and a very hidden protectiveness.
It would aggravate him to no end that someone else took such a special place in Rangiku's heart except that he was also hoping that eventually someone would come and fill that place that he's constantly leaving behind. Unfortunately, he doesn't think to highly of Toshi who is overall too antisocial, too grumpy and far too easily riled. Rangiku could do so much better, or so Gin thinks, but then again she chose him once upon a time too so her taste has always been kind of questionable.
He'll drop his masks around Toshirou more often than most because he knows it drives Toshi nuts to see those nasty sides of him and be utterly unable to do anything about it. He's half-hoping it'll scare Hitsu off, and half-hoping it'll finally force him to step up and protect Rangiku since that's something Gin can't do for himself

That...is a very strong element of his thoughts, yes. XD That and the fact that Rangiku would be ever so upset, but Gin also has him marked. Be afraid~
It isn't so much that he's romantically interested in Rangiku (ffff, maybe, kind of, idk, but it's mostly platonic) but, well, who WOULDN'T want to be shoved in her cleavage? Even Cirucci agrees that it wouldn't be a bad place to go!
