He stared lazily down at his grandson, lips curled into a small smile as he shoved some doughnuts at him. And the mango tea. He couldn't stop the laugh that rolled from him and the hands that reached out and ruffled the seemingly-younger version of his IDIOT GRANDSON that was AWESOME and CUTE and he just kind of melted. He muttered something and continued to stare (almost unblinkingly) at the young male.

"Aaaace!" he chimed, happily purring and patting the kids head almost cheerfully. "DRINK YOUR TEA!"

Jii-jii was acting weird. But he'd been acting weird this whole time so Ace was just beginning to think this was how his Grandfather was out at sea. It was a good weird though, so Ace chomped on a doughnut and drank his mango tea, offering some to Roxas.

"I am Jii-jii!" Ace swatted the ruffling hand away, not minding quite as much as he acted. It was annoying and weird, but still be being punched with a fist of love any day of the week.

Accepting a doughnut from Ace, Roxas watched the two interact with a curious stare. Sure, he had seen friends playing in the streets of Twilight Town and people in shopping districts, but he never truly observed a "family" relationship. The tea set before him was cooling, untouched, as Roxas munched quietly on his doughnut. He felt like he was intruding somehow.

"Yooou! Drink some tea too! Before it gets cold!"

He crooned pleasedly and took a deep (and surprisingly polite) sip of his tea and set it back down and eyed the blond sitting across from him. Scrutinizing him with a piercing stare, he hummed and finally decided that the other was actually a good guy and not some evil pirate that plotted to steal his grandson from him and use him for ransom which would leave Garp to kick his ass and shove him into Impel Down.

He then blinked and tilted his head to the side. "What's you're name, kiddo?" He offered the boy a wild smile and then ruffled Ace's hair again, grinning pleasedly, before he whacked Ace upside the head for making a mess.

"BE MORE NEAT, IDIOT GRANDSON!"
