So I haven't posted on here in a really long time. I kept this journal when we were on tour so that my mom could keep track of how I was doing. Now that I am no longer on tour, and my mother is no longer here, I have neglected it out of sentiment. I should remedy that I suppose

I think you should definitely continue to do every silly ritual, like the Christmas tree, that you did with your mom. If nothing else involving the holiday, it will probably make you feel more connected to her.

Every day that you live so far away from me is harder...I miss you terribly. If things in Sarasota fall into such disrepair that no amount of duct tape, super glue, and good intentions can fix them, I know that Harry, Rachel and I (at least!) would welcome you back to Tally with open arms and doors and places to sleep!

and by the way, old lady land totally kicks ass. I would know.
