when i was six, i told my mom that i wanted my hearing back so i wouldn't have to wear a stupid hearing aid. i wrote a letter to santa about it. on christmas eve she let me open one present.... and i chose this really flat lightweight box because i knew it was going to be a letter from santa saying that i could hear like a normal child now. it was a barbie doll outfit. i totally broke my mother's heart.

no idea why i just told you all that.
