i dunno guys...i think that if someone was that down on themselves, they'd want the plastic surgery to be made "beautiful" I dont know that the little pagent at the end is really the goal for them, or that they're gonna feel put down by it, but i think overall, because they had all that surgery and stuff, they feel better. Which is pretty sad too,but looks are an important thing in society.

i don't have low self esteem, but i would go on that show just for the free plastic surgery.
