Seeing this story updated is always a pleasure, even if the previous chapter was posted so long ago that I have to re-read the whole story each time :D The plot is thickening, especially with Gory missing. And yay for Mycroft making an appearance! This is a really great story and such a fun crossover - fingers crossed for the next installment!

Thanks for reading! Glad you enjoyed this part. Yes, sorry. I'm the world's slowest writer. Thanks for putting up with me.

I keep thinking the plot can't thicken anymore and then it does! So good.

Oh lord...I'm curious where this all goes because it's twisting in more than a few ways right now.

It feels like you're moving a lot of pieces into play this chapter. I'm still enjoying what you're doing with these characters.

Heh. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing. :) What I was trying to do with this part was for Veronica and Sherlock to have it out finally and maybe get them on the same side (or some reasonable facsimile thereof), spell out what each of them knows (I wasn't even sure what they both knew or assumed until I wrote it out!), and get them working together instead of at cross purposes.

Thanks for reading! Glad you're still enjoying it.
