Sirius waited at the front gates, watching as his Aurors assembled themselves according to rank. He hated this. No, that wasn't right. He despised this. The showing off, the polished boots. Four black carriages rolled up to drive to Hogwarts. They moved silently and the one in back was at least two carriage lengths behind, as if it was having trouble keeping up. As soon as they came to a stop the driver hopped down and opened the door of each carriage. The first driver set a stool down and Umbridge hopped out of the carriage and on to the stool and down to the ground. She was followed by Pyrite who oozed his way out of the carriage and stood at Umbridge's side. A few officials got out of the second carriage and formed up ranks in front of Umbridge and members of the press jumped out of the third. The fourth carriage, for the moment, remained ominously closed. Umbridge posed for a variety of pictures before clearing her throat with a hem hem and addressing the group

Sirius called Moody front and center, having him take over drilling the Aurors before marching over to Minister Umbridge, his face a mask of concentration and resolve as he clicked his heels and came to attention in front of the Minister.

Smiling slightly at the Minister.

"Yes, Minister, what can I do for you?" he asked, keeping his msnner professional while smile slightly at the cameras. Keep up appearances. Don't do anything stupid. Control your temper.

"I was just telling these lovely people what a fine job you were doing Sirius. I thought you might like an opportunity to tell them yourself... Explain how you're keeping the children safe from terrorists." She stood at his side, smiling. Slightly less photographs were taken at this point, the reletive differences in height between Sirius and Umbridge were not flattering.

Sirius turned from Umbridge to the photographers. Gods, how he hated this. Giving them a small smile, he launched into a discussion of their safety plan for Hogwarts.

"We have about 40 Aurors here, plus a few trainees getting their field experience here. There are 10 patrol points throughout the Hogwarts grounds and numerous roaming patrols. Everyone who enters the grounds is searched with spells and for weapons. We have a system in place to monitor all persons on Hogwarts grounds," he said, explaining enough to satisfy curiousity without giving away any secrets or weaknesses.

"I oversee the Aurors here, but most of the day to day operations are governed by Moody, who also teaching the seventh year Auror training class."
