Of the things Wicked recommended, I'll definitely second the ones I've read.

It's too bad not much Yoshihara manga has been released in english. Viz is gonna release one title this year though.

I know! I couldn't believe it when I saw the press release! I haven't read that one in scanlation form yet either so I'm pretty excited.

She doesn't get nearly the attention that she deserves. Mayu Shinjo's fairly well known for her smut among the English-speaking fans, but IMO Yoshihara pwns her totally.

omg yes TCP and ES!! (i think you were the one who hooked me onto both of those actually) i've been reading Skip Beat and The Wallflower on onemanga.com, but while i gobbled up all 136 chaps of SB in about a week, Wallflower's plot isn't sucking me in that well. I def appreciate Sunako's kickass-ness but none of the guys seem very 3-D to me.. i like Naie a lot as well.. i think the mangaka is better at developing her female charas in general.. i wonder if she has any other series?

Wallflower doesn't really have a plot. LOL Turn Sunako into a lady! Ok, maybe we won't turn Sunako into a lady! Someone must be rescued! Sunako and Kyohei fight! Sunako and Kyohei have sexual tension! Sunako has an explosive nosebleed all over Kyohei!

I know she has some collected oneshots (and her art's evolved A LOT since the first of those came out), but I'm not sure about any other series.

And, woman, I demand you and everyone in the whole wide world start reading Blade of the Immortal! Trust me on this, seriously. XD

Good recs~ I've read all of them except Neuro. It just arrived here in my country. I've gotta check it out XDD

Skip beat is highly recommended. and have you read Piano no mori (The perfect world of Kai)?

Somehow I missed the notification of this comment! Neuro is a very strange manga LOL and I think it may be something of an acquired taste. I have not heard of Piano no mori. What's it about?
