Arc/Yucie Icons

Stayed home from work today. Felt badly. Did nothing but laze around.

Made two more PPY icons. Still waiting for the last volume to ship. Hope it doesn't disappoint me. Such a cute little show and something I can actually let Danielle watch. Would have liked more overarching plot episodes and fewer job-centric filler though.

Have a sudden, inexplicable hankering for some Are You Being Served? icons. *__* Mr. Humphries

OH GOD YES! That would be awesome. He cracks me up.

I love those older English shows. My mom was the one that got me hooked into that one. And now that we have the BBC America channel, its on every afternoon.

Another one that would be funny to make of icons is Ms. Slocome (sp?) cause she always talks about her pussy and those different colors she's always wearing in her hair is a hoot.

I so know I've asked you this before....but who are the characters on your default icon? *is too lazy to dig up the comment in which this question was answered before* ^_^;;;

And wai! The icons are adorable. ^_^ What's PPY stand for?

The characters on my default icon would be Manji the badass and Rin the angsty *flashes other icon* (OMGIlovethemso!!) from the BEST MANGA EVAH!! - Mugen no Jyuunin/Blade of the Immortal which was also reviewed here. Seriously, if I had to give up all of my manga collection but one title, that'd be the one I'd keep, hands down. Well-rounded morally ambiguous characters and orgasmically beautiful art do a precious keepsake make.

PPY stands for Petite Princess Yucie. PPY is... well, it's cute. Fluffy and cute. And safe to watch with children. ^_^;; I don't think it's the kind of show that would inspire rabid devotion in people. Myself and the THEM reviewer notwithstanding. ^_^;; My addiction to it is not quite logical as I fell head over heels for it for no apparent reason after reading a Newtype spread years ago, long before it was even licensed for US release. And I stayed loving that two page spread until I could get my greedy little hands on the episodes themselves. It's just... so cute. And shiny.
