This was a great read, and description of a person as you knew him. And yeah, driving a *truck* in NYC when you aren't even from there is... being a good friend indeed :0

And yeah, my 94 year old grandma has apparently been complaining to my mom about how all her friends are dead and she thinks god forgot about her which is why she is still alive, lol...
