It does suck, but yes, it could have been worse--the engine could have died or the transmission or something. At least I can repair this in sessions and intervals in where I have money. I've got the car repair out of the way now, so I can focus on paying off my 2007 taxes and start saving for first quarter 2008 taxes. At least the next repair will only be about $450-$80 or so.

Not really, once I got the hang of the wonderflex--the shin guards are still perplexing, but I'll try and keep working on the crafting technique. Once I get those done, I'll work on the leg covers and the rest of the armor. In the meantime, I need to draw up some concept sketches for the hoop skirt thingie. Well, that and figure out how to make an effective brace for the wings.

Oh god, yes, the artbook is a godsend.

No, I mean the think that's supporting her wings--it makes her valkyrie skirt poof out.

The wings are probably not going to be too bad, then again, I haven't ordered the feathers yet. XD
