Thank you. The scene you mention was the hardest part to write. I wanted to show that the group is 100% united, even in their sleep. :)

This had me tear up on the last part. Family is what you make it, and while some can weaken you, demean you, the true family of your heart will always make you more than you were before you knew them.

Yeah, what Nicole said... I agree 100%!! My "family" is made up more of the people I know and love than it is of the people whose blood I share - well, except for my kids. I get irrational about them, but I'm pretty sure that's instinctive. Anyway, what point was I trying to make? *snicker*

OH YEAH!! I LOVE this... as Nicole mentioned, it evokes the thought that "family" is what fate, circumstances and each of us, individually, make of it. Sometimes we all need to take a quiet moment to remember that, just as Inu did here. THANK YOU for sharing this with us!!!
