2 - The fading technique used with this icon makes it blend together too much and the icon ends up not standing out at all. The muted colors are also a bit boring

02 - I like the use of shadows in this icon, but the colors are really dingy with the texture you used. It makes the icon look a little washed out.

2 - The image is really blurry and the text is difficult to read. Maybe brightening the colors a bit or at least darkening the text/removing the blur from covering it would help make it pop a bit more.

Btw, 11pm CDT (the stated deadline in the submissions post) translates to 9pm PST (my timezone) & it's only 12:41, so I don't think it's "past the deadline." ^^;;

04 - I don't think the border on the right really fits the icon. It focuses my attention on the right and not on Kanna.
