Well, she did say to the Doctor in Journey's End "If it's in your head, it's in mine!" and somebody commented that there were three Doctors (which caused Jack to be Inappropriate), so I figure there's a Doctor locked up in the back of Donna's mind. And if there's anything I know about the Doctor, it's that he refuses to stay locked up for very long. :P
