I recently found in my documents a 1/4 finished entry for a very old LJ meme (at least three years old and probably totally defunct). It asked to pick your favorite TV show fandoms and then answer the questions:

Show Title:

Episode You Think is Objectively the Best Quality:
An episode everyone likes that you don't:

Starsky vs. Hutch is one of those episodes that's most enjoyable when you know you there's a bunch of fics that fill those holes. ;) (My favorite hole-filling fic is always The Thousandth Man, but there are many different great ones.) You said it perfectly: the episode brings to the surface so many utterly fascinating elements of their friendship. I think having one episode where their relationship really hits rock-bottom makes the relationship as a whole feel so much fuller and more complex.

Stirred is one of my favorite West Wing episodes ever. I just love this type of episode -- the slow, quiet, internal type of story that has such a unique quality...mostly just people talking about stuff, late at night, not really doing much, yet it's such a powerful experience. It's also the reason I can't stand it when people bash John Hoynes in fanfic. Okay, so he wound up being turned into a dickhead later on in the show...but so did everyone else (grumbles).

1) Are you seriously telling me that people actually like 'I, Mudd'?
2) Yes, 'Starsky vs Hutch' forever! Oh, the drama. When I watch it, I become like a drunken private in a mess hall chanting "FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!" In fact, I'd like to see an SH version of 'The Naked Time' in which Starsky and Hutch get all hysterical and slap each other to kingdom come. BRING IT ON.
3) Pardon me while I feverishly stalk your page.

1) According to other fans I've heard discuss it, yes! IDK.

2) I mostly wallow in beautiful sympathetic heartache in a rather Anne Shirley-esque way, but a massive slap fight would totally hit the spot.

3) Be my guest but beware of several entries full of tl;dr.
