"I didn't know how anything worked." Jesus, my heart bleeds for little Joker as always. How dark and strange his world was, and the things he had to do to survive ... no wonder he isn´t all that fussy about his diet!
And Bruce ... it´s just great how he negotiates between loving the Joker and staying alive, how he feels his way through Joker´s twisted brain, all for love.

"What. Is. This?" Bruce deadpanned as he stalked up to the Joker, standing there so casually in the old Batman uniform. He stopped at most three feet apart and looked the Joker up and down, from the tips of his boots to his pointy ears.

Aw. Kind of sexy how fragile and skinny he seems in the Batgear (I imagine). Please let him at least have a cape to prance around in.

"I kept him alive, and I ate him, until I started to run out and couldn't keep him alive anymore, and I couldn't stand the way the holes and the bones looked at me, so I cut everything into pieces with his saws and knives. But it still wouldn't leave me alone and I was still hungry and thirsty, and when I found the swamp outside I threw all the pieces in and learned to live in the ( ... )
