"God dammit. I swear, Bat may be a greater masochist than I am"
XD Haha!! The best and most accurate quote ever. That he is indeed ;) Oh man, I know everyone else is pretty much freaking out about the thing with Joker's new plots and "plans"(dont tell him I used that word!)and how he has so much trouble controlling his murderous needs and the whole story ending unhappily etc. But I love it! Because it's entirely realistic for them. And really keeps me interested, reminds me always exactly WHY I love seeing these guys together so much. Their little argument about angels and demons was very interesting as well. And yeah of course Bruce is a stubborn emo bastard but I think J is even more stuck in his own ways of thinking...and that can destroy the whole thing they have now :(
I don't know how you two keep doing it! You write such beautiful chapters that make me love you and hate you both at the same time. And it's awesome.
This chapter was incredible. Their relationship is so damn realistic. At least, as realistic as it can be when we take into consideration just who we're talking about here, hah. Also, the part with them putting the grappling gun together made me envision something along the lines of "Arts and Crafts with Batsy and Joker"... and I'll just leave this comment at that, haha.

What a lovely surprise waiting for me on my return from drawing class. XD You've outdone yourselves once again, dearies. I love you guys so hard. SO HARD.
You make everything seem so plausible. I think that's why I love this fic so goddamn much. <33
Anyway, something kind of random... Yesterday I was working out in the gym while listening to my Ipod on shuffle, and the song 'Okay I Believe You, But My Tommy Gun Don't' by Brand New started to play, and listening to the lyrics, they made me think of SiE. I couldn't help but imagine J singing some of the lines to Brucey. XD
Another great chapter. I loved the way you showed the differences between the two. The bit about the bats and Bruce's view about darkness vs the Joker's were fantastic. Seeing an update on this made me do a happy dance.
