Well I guess I should answer this question knowing my username, huh? :)
But at any rate, intelligent games... I guess Rise Of Nations is one of them... you could consider Final Fantasy 1-6 or Dragon Warriors 1-5 as... whatever. Pretty much most visual RPGs I'll play.
Rarely do I play chess... I haven't played in probably a year and counting.
I find chess boring. Too predictable, too little chance. Backgammon's my favourite game.
I also play Settlers of Catan, El Grande, Morrowind, Fable, KOTOR I and II, Age of Empires and Zeus (I know they're old, but they never get boring), most card games (fairly good at poker, but I prefer other games), solitaire, sudoku... Yes, I spend a lot of time on this and will play any game that's available. I'm currently considering forking out for an Xbox 360 in order to spend warm summer days indoors playing Oblivion.
I have played for money on occasion, but I dislike doing so unless I know I'm going to win, which means backgammon is about the only game I'm willing to play for money.
Unfortunately, I usually lack the attention span to play games online. In person, the element of social interaction keeps me engaged in the game. . .but online there's just nothing, and I quickly get bored and wander away.
Lately, I've been really into chess for some reason, trying to get better at it. I sort of feel like any good mastermind should be good at chess, and it galls me that I'm not.
I play poker every other week and enjoy it greatly. For me, it's a chance for social interaction with a point, which is good for INTJs, I think. If you want to play poker but don't want to drop your cash at a casino, try getting some friends together and playing nickel ante for $5. (Or, if playing holdem, your big blind would be a dime)
I also really like a game called Apples to Apples. Right now it's up there as my favorite game. (Google it if it interests you) Also, a small strategy game called Quarto.
Generally, I like games with very simple rules but strategic play. Othello is a good example of something like that. Also, Set.
I am far too ADHD (an ADHD INTJ-- isn't that festive) to pay attention to those things for long. Before I know it, I'm twisting in my seat, fidgetting, and then ultimately on the other side of the room investigaing a crack in the wall. I do own my own RPG if that counts as something intelligent, though. Maybe not.

Quick chess rounds are better than 'till the end'- rounds.
