I had an 'interesting' weekend. I won't go into details but events happened and I still don't know how I exactly feel about such events. Anyone else here have this happen to them? Where things will happen and they will spend a few days just thinking about them, until they come to a conclussion of how they feel/felt about such actions/events?

emotions, relationships

All. The. Time. Post-analysis and changing/new feelings about an old event are so me.

Absolutely. It's as if I can only reach my emotions through intellectual analysis.

That's pretty much the best explanation of it I've heard. :)

I'm exactly the same way.

Thank you! I do like getting compliments :-)

It's a relief to discover that others are the same; I've sometimes wondered if there's something wrong with me.

We seem to have quite a few things in common -- mind if I friend you?

Holy shit, that happened to me this weekend.

I guess that's what happens when a young INTJ and a young INTP fall in Love...complication.

How are things? How long have you two been dating?

I would really love to compare...perhaps to better understand some things about us.

Yes. I can never FEEL anything without thinking about it first. Sometimes the feeling never comes.

Yes, and I fear this weekend is one of those weekends that the feelings will never come. I fear the fights that may come from my lack of feelings on the matter.

Yeah, that happens to me frequently.

For the most part, yes. Anger is one of the few exceptions.
