He said he would call me around 5:00 or 6:00 to tell me when/where to meet him for dinner. It is now 8:00. He has not, as of yet, called. I really hope there is an explanation for this, because it sucks.

I saw him at Lenoir tonight for dinner and he said "Hi" to me. Maybe he just forgot and that sparked something in him to call you by now. If not, I know what he looks like now and I'll beat him up!
