This is a great story. Seamus and Pansy felt like believable future incarnations of their canon personalities and Seamus' profession certainly leads from his propensity for explosions in the movies. I really enjoyed the slow burn you gave their relationship. By the time they kissed they certainly fitted together. The development from their friendship was just right to teach Pansy that not all men were untrustworthy. Really good story and such a satisfyingly happy ending.

Thank you for your comments on the relationship development - I was concerned about making it as natural and realistic as possible. Sometimes that can feel too slow, so I'm pleased that you enjoyed it.

And I couldn't resist making Seamus a potions maker, not after it's been a standing joke in movie canon. Glad you caught that!

As the prompter, let me just say thank you for taking my prompt on! Much Ado About Nothing is my favorite Shakespearean piece, and I also love the song by Mumford and Sons. So yes, double bonus for you!

This was fantastic! I love the slow build throughout the whole piece, how they moved through their past histories towards a future together. And the supporting characters fit perfectly in with the story and helped add an extra something to it! :D

I love pansy and this felt like an effortless romance that still stayed in character. And seamus seems dreamy!
