I saw the mods' round-up today and suddenly remembered to check to see if any of my prompts had been picked for the fest. I was so happy to find one had been picked, and that it was this one, which I left for the second year running in the hope someone would want to spin it into a story! And then I was completely and utterly charmed and touched by the story itself. This is just so brilliant and lovable and sweet. It feels so real, winding seemingly haphazardly yet with sneaky thematic purpose through a year of encounters with George (and Luna) and the bar at the center. All the fun and telling little details and descriptions, like George's vampire date and her political preoccupations, or his feisty date who suddenly realizes she's too drunk (and how much do I love George for just laughing and going off to wank? soooo much!), or Sionyn and George's claim that he fell asleep with his cock in her mouth (hah!) and Hannah's Hufflepuffy scariness and threats, and lovely Audrey who 'laughed without a second thought' (seriously, so many ( ... )

Awh this was such a sweet story. I loved it! Luna is just soo... Luna! I loved the scene between her, George, and Charlie. It was nicely done, full of teasing and banter yet serious. Thanks for sharing! <3
