Thanks! There are some scenes here and there that Nisei really breaks my heart. N-not always, but there are some when he seems he really wants to believe in his bond with Seimei.

I do think that Nisei is even more fucked than Soubi, and that's saying something. And there are some scenes here and there that make it seem that he wants to believe in Seimei and then it just. Burns away.

Nice writing and a good scene, lots of tension - and because of that tension, I feel there should, perhaps, have been a stronger pun at the end, to wrap it up and relieve it (perhaps with a kick in the gut, Seimei-style). But then, your Seimei is Seimei, if that makes sense, so maybe that's what he'd do.

Thank you very much and, see, I do know what you mean about the stronger punch at the end but... well. I think this needed NOT to have it, since it was what - in my mind - Nisei got. Nothing final. Just a 'we'll see'.

True, true - although the gut-kick doesn't have to come from Seimei here - it might well come from Nisei, from that little voice inside him that tells him he's, in fact, not nearly as good as the blank. :P

The almost-sensation of restriction at the end is really cool.
