Hang in there, girl! These are phases we go through, restlessness of the spirit no matter how busy we are. Try to relax. Sometimes lying in a warm tub of water with an aromatic candle or two lit, eyes closed, letting whatever floats into your head just meander in, does wonders. You need to calm your mind down!
