Actually, I have had conversations with Vanilla about this very topic. Point of view is something that sometimes causes me problems. I enjoy third person, particularly JKR's style in fact, third person - through Harry's eyes. So when the character is intoxicated etc, how does the pov change? The reader needs to understand what's going on, even when Harry doesn't. ?
