It made me happy, but it also made me sad. Like. I wanna know more about why they broke up or keep breaking up or can't be together, and all that. But it makes me so happy because Jonghyun is such a sap and he's so stupid in love that he's willing to go against his family for Jinki and Jinki just wants the best for Jonghyun because he loves him too and I just. Can't. With Jongyu. I love drabbles that are so short but the feelings I get from reading are so strong. It's so good.

another reader actually asked me the same question and wanted the "back story". as much as i don't want to spoil your own thoughts on this, let me let you in on what i had in mind when i wrote this...

well, jjong's parents don't approve of them because they're still the traditional sort. and they expect jjong to marry a lady and build a family with her. jjong in this fic has actually dated girls before, and he has had stable relationships with his ex-girlfriends. but everything changed when he met jinki. i would say, jjong is bisexual. he didn't turn gay overnight, or was gay from the start. neither was he straight/heterosexual so yupp. his parents still have hopes that he'll find a nice lady and settle down. of course, that changes when jinki comes along so... :)

i hope you don't mind me revealing that. ^^;; just want to say a big thank you for leaving me this lovely comment. it makes writing worthwhile. i'm really glad you enjoyed the drabble this much! :')
