As threatened promised, I have been through the predictions made in my Oscar poll to find out whose predictions were best.

In my case, this could be taken as evidence that not seeing the films is the best way to predict Oscar results.

Me too! I'm amazed at this, and just took an utterly cynical approach of looking at who'd already won and who the Academy were gonna like. I think the only film I'd seen that was nominated was Pan's Labyrinth.
